
JASON WIESENFELD
Chief Strategy Officer - Joining April 1st, 2025
Jason Wiesenfeld is a seasoned executive who will serve as the Chief Strategy Officer at Superhumn, responsible for driving corporate growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. His multi-industry expertise, financial acumen, and strategic foresight will shape Superhumn’s long-term strategy, aligning corporate initiatives with market trends to foster high-impact innovation.
Wiesenfeld has spent 25 years with Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management as a Managing Director and Top Advisor. Clients include wealthy families and non-profit organizations across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean who have made extraordinary contributions to business, philanthropy, government, and society.
As of March 1, 2025 he and his team worked with approximately 35 family groups and oversaw over $3 billion of assets held at Goldman Sachs. He helped clients on matters ranging from investment management, asset protection, liquidity event preparation, post-sale financial strategies and risk management, estate planning, philanthropic and next generation planning. His clients’ businesses spanned the global economy including retail, hospitality, healthcare, technology, and real estate.
Previously, Jason practiced law at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in New York where he specialized in corporate and securities law, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, derivative transactions, and the drafting of SEC documents.
Wiesenfeld holds a BS in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Florida (1994) and a JD from Columbia University School of Law (1998). He is actively engaged in philanthropy and community leadership, serving as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Columbia Law School Association and as a Board Member of the Rhythm Foundation in Miami. He previously served on the Investment Advisory Committee of the Pérez Art Museum Miami and the South Florida Advisory Board for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.
